This policy explains what Al Dental Studio does with information collected through this website, aldentalstudio.com. It covers the website only.

It is not our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate document covering the health information we hold as your healthcare provider. You can read it on our Notice of Privacy Practices page.

What we collect

• What you send us. Our contact form asks for your name, phone number, an optional email address, and a short message about what you need. We receive exactly what you type — nothing more.
• Anonymous visit statistics. We use Simple Analytics to count visits, which pages are read, and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and cannot identify you or follow you to other websites.

Why we collect it

To answer you: to reply to your question, schedule or confirm an appointment, and keep a record of what you asked for so the next person you speak to already knows. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Who else is involved

Running a website means other companies are in the loop. Ours are:

• Leap AI builds and hosts this website and delivers the messages the contact form sends to us.
• Simple Analytics produces the anonymous visit statistics above.
• app.nexhealth.com runs our online scheduler. If you follow a booking link you leave this website, and whatever you enter there is handled under that scheduler's own policy.

We also disclose information when the law requires it — a court order, a subpoena, or a regulator with the authority to demand it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There are no advertising pixels on it, and nothing here follows you to other websites.

Please do not send sensitive details through the form

An ordinary web form and ordinary email are not secure channels. Tell us the kind of appointment you need, and leave symptoms, medication, insurance identifiers and anything else private for the phone or your visit.

If this is an emergency, call 911. Do not use this website to report one — nobody is watching the form around the clock.

How long we keep it

We keep the messages you send us for as long as we need them to care for you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and no longer than the law allows.

Children

We treat a young patient's information the same way we treat everyone's. Where a parent or guardian submits it on their behalf, we deal with that adult.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under your state's privacy law; ask and we will honor them. Either way, the answer starts with contacting us — we do not charge patients for this.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions travel encrypted. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Changes

When our practices change, this page changes with them and the date below moves. This version took effect on August 26, 2026.
